Multi-Day Rates
Base Pricing by Guest Count (Per Day):
$2,500/day: Up to 100 guests.
$3,500/day: Up to 200 guests.
$4,500/day: Up to 300 guests.
Includes:

Access to lodging for 4–8 guests for the entire rental period.
Dedicated staff support for the event duration.
Discounts:
Off-Season Rates (December–February): $500 off per day.
Full Day Rates
Events lasting a single day with setup and cleanup included.
Base Pricing by Guest Count:
$4,000: Up to 100 guests.
$5,000: Up to 200 guests.
$6,000: Up to 300 guests
Includes:
Lodging for 4–8 guests.
Half-Day prior for setup and one half-day after for cleanup.
Cleaning services and access to drinking water.
Optional Add-Ons (Available for an Additional Fee):

Corporate Retreat Package:
Starting at $6,000 for up to 200 guests.
Includes:

Special Notes:
A security deposit of $1,000 is required for all events, refundable upon inspection post-event.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
Final payment is due 30 days before the event.
