Full Day Rates
Events lasting a single day with setup and cleanup included.
Base Pricing by Guest Count:
$4,000: Up to 100 guests.
$5,000: Up to 200 guests.
$6,000: Up to 300 guests
Includes:
Lodging for 4–8 guests.
Half-Day prior for setup and one half-day after for cleanup.
Cleaning services and access to drinking water.
Optional Add-Ons (Available for an Additional Fee):
Basic sound and lighting equipment: $300

Special Event Packages
Wedding Essentials Package:
Starting at $5,000 for up to 100 guests.
Includes:
Dance hall for ceremony and reception.
Lodging for 4–8 guests - view accommodations here.
Access one day prior for setup and one day after for cleanup.
Contact coordination with local vendors (caterers, florists, DJs).

Special Notes:
A security deposit of $1,000 is required for all events, refundable upon inspection post-event.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
Final payment is due 30 days before the event.
Client to provide own event insurance.
